Ad Submission: All ads must be submitted in the correct resolution (2160×3840 or 2160×1920) at least 48 hours before the event.

Content Restrictions: Ads must be appropriate for a family-friendly audience. No explicit, political, or offensive content allowed.

Placement & Rotation: Ads will be displayed on a rotating basis throughout the event from 2PM to 9PM.

No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable unless the event is canceled.

Technical Issues: While we ensure the best quality, we are not responsible for unforeseen technical issues that may affect ad visibility. We will credit advertisers for any missed placements due to technical issue.
